Setting Up the Software

Setting Up the Software
This chapter includes information you will need to set up the
device’s software:
•
Calibrating the touch screen
•
Creating user accounts
•
Specifying system settings, such as the media type assigned to the
two disc input bins
•
Specifying the default site information, and optionally creating
additional site profiles
•
Setting the system date and time
•
Specifying network settings
•
Creating Job Profiles, which control how submitted studies are
processed
The chapter also includes:
•
Logging in and logging out of a user session
•
Shutting down and rebooting the system
•
A description of the SmartDrive and what information is stored
on it
